JADEZUK, Tanner W. of Bayville, NY on September 15, 2018 at 4 years old. Beloved son of Jamey and Matt Jadezuk. Loving brother of Kenna. Cherished grandson of Ann & James Elefonte and Wendy & Wayne Jadezuk. Adored nephew of Nicole Elefonte and Laura & Phillip Elefonte. Dear cousin of Julianna & Caroline Elefonte. Visitation at Dodge-Thomas Funeral Home of Glen Cove on Monday from 2-4 and 7-9pm. Mass at St. Gertrude RC Church on Tuesday 10am. Interment private.
